Bright sunshine, deep-blue water and excellent food - that is what you can expect at Croatia's Mediterranean coast. There are countless enchanting and well-known islands in the Kvarner Gulf and Northern Dalmatia, all of which have their own unique charm: Rab, Krk, Pag, Cres and the islands of Kornati. Enjoy a week of lighthearted seaside holidaying on this tour which starts and ends in Rijeka. Here you can find more details on the motor sailing boat MS Aria.
Day 1 Arrival Rijeka, boat crossing to Krk
Embarkation until 12 am, followed by passage to the first island and a swimming break. Overnight stay in Krk or Punat.
Day 2 Island Krk - Island Rab
After breakfast, the first stop will be a lonely bay for swimming. In the afternoon, you’ll reach Rab, where you’ll get a guided tour of the town. You’ll spend the night in Rab.
Day 3 Island Rab - Zadar
Today, the ship will take you to the port and university city of Zadar, naturally with several stops. You’ll get both a guided tour of the city and ample time to explore it under your own steam.
Day 4 Zadar - Kornati Islands National Park - Dugi Otok
The Kornati archipelago is one of the prettiest areas in Northern Dalmatia. Enjoy a gorgeous day aboard the ship.
Day 5 Dugi Otok - Island Lošinj
The tour will lead you through the waters of the “Adriatic dolphin project”; you’ll be spending the evening on the green island of Lošinj.
Day 6 Island Lošinj - Island Cres
As ever, today also offers many pretty swimming spots. Cres is full of olive trees and home to countless sheep.
Day 7 Island Cres - Rijeka
Alongside Istria’s east coast, you’ll reach Rijeka. Why not spend your last evening exploring its historical centre?
Day 8 Disembarking and departure
Unfortunately after breakfast your cycling holidays at the Kvarner Gulf will already come to an end. Disembarking until 9 am.
